About LeFlo Artistry
LeFlo Artistry begins with observing the world as it reveals itself.
Not at surface beauty alone, but at what lies beneath it: structure, mood, restraint, and the quiet details that often go unnoticed. The work is shaped by how the world reveals itself when viewed slowly, and with attention.
LeFlo Artistry moves through different visual moods.
Nature explores landscape and season.
Noir leans into shadow, contrast, and visceral tone.
Silhouette pares the world down to its bare bones.
The Children’s collection invites color, curiosity, and a sense of play.
Each piece uses technique as a means of uncovering layers rather than decorating them. Trees, creatures, and moments are not simply captured, but revealed, and then shared.
These moods, and more, continue to reveal themselves through the world around us. It is within that unfolding that LeFlo Artistry lives.
About the Artist
From an early age, Harriet Jacobster experienced the world through both sound and sight. She learned to read music before words, developing an early sensitivity to structure, flow, and nuance. As a young music student, she was drawn not only to melody, but to what holds it together.
Her training in music theory and composition sharpened this way of observing. Schenkerian analysis, which reveals the underlying framework beneath a composition, became a natural language. Later, as an audiologist, she carried this sensibility into helping others hear the world more clearly.
Photography marks a return to one of her first forms of expression. Here, observation replaces explanation. Feeling replaces instruction. The camera becomes a way to uncover depth rather than decorate surface.
Her work reflects how she moves through the world: attentive, intuitive, and grounded in structure. For many years, she helped people hear the sounds around them. Through LeFlo Artistry, she now invites them to observe what is already there.
